How to ask
Open Order in your account and choose Request a refund, or reply to your receipt e‑mail. No reason needed; you can tell us why if you want to.
What you get back
The full $89, to the card or Apple Pay account you paid with. Your bank decides when it shows on your statement.
Your previews and dossier
They stay available until the refund is processed. You can delete everything at any time, from Photos and data.
