What Mevona on the web collects, why, who processes it and how you delete it. Marius Labs SAS, 10 rue du Dahomey, 75011 Paris, France, is responsible for this data.
What we collect
Your e‑mail, to sign you in with a link and to send your previews and your dossier. There is no password.
Your 3 photos, and what you tell us you are considering: areas, procedures, timing and dose.
Your payment status from Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Basic usage and error data, to keep the service working. Analytics only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Face data and consent
Your photos show your face, so we ask for your consent before we read them, with one checkbox on the photos screen. We place 49 landmarks on each photo to measure your proportions for your dossier.
We do not use your photos to recognise you or anyone else, and we do not keep a faceprint. You can withdraw consent at any time in Photos and data: new processing stops, and what is already made stays until you delete it.
Who processes
Google (Gemini, Firebase and Google Cloud) creates your Cosmetic Previews and stores your files. Anthropic (Claude) helps write your Facial Dossier. Stripe takes your payment. Our e‑mail provider sends your links and your dossier.
Google and Anthropic process your photos to create your previews and your dossier, never to train AI models and never for advertising. Data is stored in the United States and, for some processing, in the European Union.
Retention and deletion
We keep your photos, previews and dossier while your account is open. Delete everything in one step from Photos and data, or delete your account: both remove them from our servers.
Backups are cleared on their regular cycle, and payment records are kept as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to some processing and withdraw your consent. Most of it takes one step in your account; for the rest, write to support@mevona.app.
If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in France, it is the authority at cnil.fr.
