support@mevona.app answers every message, by e-mail. In the app, Settings, Contact us opens a private conversation with our team.

Delete your data
You can delete all your face data right in the app: Settings, Face data & privacy, Delete all face data. Everything is erased permanently.
Deleting the app alone does not delete what is on our servers.

Subscriptions
Purchases go through Apple. To cancel or manage Mevona Pro, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
